Booking Terms

Dear customer, we kindly ask that you review our terms and conditions thoroughly before proceeding with your booking.

Conditions

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required. This deposit must be paid via bank transfer to the following account:

Once the deposit is received, we will issue and send you a standard tax receipt.

Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge. Children between 4 and 12 years old staying in their parents' room will receive a 50% discount on the rate.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your reservation, you must notify our company in writing. We reserve the right to apply a penalty according to the Cancellation Policy outlined below:

  • Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge.

  • Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival will result in the loss of the deposit paid.

  • In case of a no-show, a penalty of 100% of the stay will apply.

If aTIPICO OUTDOOR ESCAPE needs to cancel your holiday, we will offer you alternative dates or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

If you wish to modify your booking, we will do our best to accommodate the changes. However, if we are unable to make the changes and you decide to cancel your holiday, our cancellation policy will apply.

INSURANCE

Outdoor Escape S.N.C. cannot be held liable for any personal injury that may occur during bike tours, nor for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. All guests are required to have specialised travel insurance that covers mountain biking, cancellations, and other unforeseen events. You will need to provide proof of your insurance before your first shuttle day.
